How do I get my cookies?

Under the cottage food law of MN, I can only hand deliver cookies and I cannot ship anything through any mailing services. At checkout, you can choose to either pick your cookies up from my home, or I can hand deliver them to you at your home or an agreed upon meeting place. I do not offer cookies for same day pick up as I do have a full time job. Orders need at least 5 days notice to fulfill, please contact me if you need these sooner or have a large quantity needed to ensure I have availability or check the below calendar for my current availability.

I will drive up to 30 miles away from my home, anything over that, we can work out a mutual meeting place or you can have someone else pick them up. The current charge for delivery is $7.50 for 1-10 miles from our address, $15 for 11-20 miles and $22.50 for 21-30 miles. Just click on the map at the bottom of the page to figure out your distance and select your delivery zone!

When can I pick up my cookies?

I do work full-time outside of my business but I am typically pretty flexible with my schedule. You will add a date you would like your cookies by at checkout, please mark a secondary date in the comments section in case I am booked for the date you select. Please check the availability calendar below to see if I am booked for your date or reach out to me if you need your order by a certain date.   I do need at least 5 days notice to fulfill orders.

How long do your cookies last?

My cookies will come individually packaged and heat sealed to make sure they are as fresh as possible and to help stop the spread of germs if you want to share with others! Your cookies will always be baked and packaged either same day or the day prior to delivery/pick up to make sure they are as fresh as possible. Cookies typically are the best 3-5 days after pick up, after that time, I recommend putting them in the microwave for a few seconds.

Do you accept large orders?

Of course! Please email me using the email address at the bottom of the homepage to make sure I have availability before you order! I do need at least 5 days notice to fulfill most orders as each order is made as it is received, orders larger than 4 batches, I do ask for more than a 5 days notice. Please note that all cookies come in a single baker's dozen (13) as noted on the top of the storefront and you cannot mix flavors to make one batch.

Do you do weddings or special events?

Do you offer other flavors or dessert options?

I only offer the cookie flavors that are listed on my storefront. I do not bake any other dessert options but you can always reach out to me to see if I know any one in the surrounding areas that do offer the dessert you are looking for.

What is your cookie of the month club and how does it work?

Cookie of the month club is a wonderful gift idea for anyone in your life! We have options for a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription for your recipient. All you need to do is add whichever subscription you would like to your cart, enter in your recipients name and email address and which month you would like the subscription to start in the comments section of your order, and check out!

On the 1st of each month, I will email your recipient and they will be able to choose any flavor for their batch that month. They have until the 5th of the month to let me know which flavor they would like, otherwise I will choose for them (this will be mentioned in each email I sent them on the 1st of the month). If they wish to skip that month, they absolutely can and should let me know by the 5th of that month as well, then I will reach back out the following for their months flavor.

Each subscription is good for 1 year once their subscription starts, if they choose not to get any cookies in their subscription or have any left over once the year is up, they will forfeit those batches and no refund is issued.

*Once your subscription has started, no refunds are issued. If you would like to cancel the subscription before it starts, you will receive a 50% refund.*

What is your refund policy?

Since all orders are made as they are received, I do not offer a refund after the dough for your order has been made. You will receive an email saying your order is being processed which means the dough has been made. Most orders will have their dough made anywhere between 1-7 days before pick up to be frozen before baking.

Refunds requested before your order has been processed will receive half of your total back. *Please note that orders for the cookie of the month club and for weddings and special events have a separate return policy as listed in the wedding & events tab*
