Now that you have got all the other details set, it's time to think about the best part...dessert! Either big or small, we will help your day run smoothly and make sure everyone is talking about how great the cookies were.

What's Next?
Fill Out A Questionnaire
Click the button below to fill out our questionnaire about your big day! Please email the completed questionnaire to me and I will let you know if I have availability for your date. The earlier you reach out the better, I would encourage you to reach out at least 3 months before your event.
Set Up a Consult
Once I receive your completed questionnaire, you can choose to set up an in person consultation at an agreed upon location. At this time, I will ask any follow up questions and we can discuss quantities and flavors of cookies. If you would not like in person consultation I will correspond with you via email. Afterwards, I will send you a draft contract with our terms and disclaimers and tentative price.
Place Your Order
Once you have received your RSVPs or have final numbers for your event, I ask that you reach out to me with those numbers and I will send you your final contract to sign and date. Please send your signed contract to me via email and then place your order under our store tab. All payments are due in full at time of order. I ask that you order no more than 45 days before your event and at least 30 days prior to your event.
You will receive an email confirming the details of your order one week prior to your event.
Pick Up/Delivery
Once your order is complete, you will come to our address to pick up your order on the date confirmed the week prior. If you choose delivery, I will deliver your cookies to the address you provided. If you require set up, please make sure all supplies are at the site and I will organize the cookies for you. Then get married and have fun!
FAQs
When should I contact you about our wedding/event?
I would recommend you reach out to me sooner rather than later, it's never too early! This way, you can ensure I have your date available and it will be one less thing to mark of your planning list. I would reach out 3 months prior at the very least. Please check out the calendar below to see if your date is available as well!
When should I order my cookies?
I ask that you order no more than 45 days prior to your wedding and no less than 30 days before. This way, you have final numbers so you are ordering the correct amount and we don't have to worry about refunds or not ordering enough and having to order more. This way it is less stressful on you and also gives me plenty of time to make sure I have all the necessary ingredients and time set aside to complete your order.
*Any orders placed within 30 days of your wedding or event date will be subject to a $25 rush fee made payable via PayPal, Zelle or cash at time of pick up or delivery. I can also add the fee prior to you checking out in the store tab if you contact me before placing your order.*
When do you make your orders?
Typically the dough for your order is made 2-14 days prior to baking and frozen. Cookies are baked 1-3 days prior to your pick up or delivery depending upon how large your order is. All cookies will be wrapped as soon as they are cooled out of the oven and never left out for more than an hour after they are done baking. Depending on when your order was baked and when you pick up, I may place large marshmallows in the boxes to ensure your cookies are as soft and as fresh as possible. Don't be alarmed if you open your boxes and notice marshmallows! These can just be tossed when you set your cookies up.
Do you offer set up if I select delivery?
Yes! I will set up your cookies at time of delivery to your venue. Please make sure you have all items you would like your cookies arranged on available at time of delivery. If there are now items to place your cookies on at delivery, they will be kept in the boxes provided and left at your venue.
How are your cookies packaged?
Cookies always come individually bagged and heat sealed and will also come in 19x14 boxes if 4 batches or more.
What is your refund policy?
For weddings and events, notice of cancellation needs to be made more than 14 days before your wedding or event date to receive a 50% refund. Notice of cancellation made within 14 days of your event will not receive any refund. If you need to make changes to your order, such as quantity or flavors, please email me no later than 14 days prior to your event. Notice of changes to your order within 14 days may not be accepted and is at our discretion.

Contract & Terms
Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I will send you a draft contract with your details, tentative flavors and quantities and our terms and conditions. We can then meet in person for a consultation if you would like, otherwise once we have final numbers and decided on flavors, I will send you the final contract for signing due at the time of your order and payment.
